Patricia (Patty) Hostin brings more than 20 years of securities lending experience to State Street
BOSTON, May 15, 2023 -- State Street Corporation (NYSE: STT) today announced that Patricia Hostin has been appointed as global head of Agency Securities Lending. In this leadership role, Hostin will be responsible for overseeing the business globally, working collaboratively across key business lines to continue delivering State Street's securities lending solutions. Hostin will report to Gino Timperio, global head of financing solutions for State Street Global Markets.

Hostin brings more than 20 years of experience, including most recently serving as managing director for BlackRock’s Financial Resource Management, where she executed the firm’s global strategy for optimizing capital and balance sheet consumption with broker dealer counterparties across repo financing, securities lending, prime brokerage financing, cash management and trading. Hostin was also a member of BlackRock’s Balance Sheet Steering Committee, BlackRock’s New York Leadership Team and is a Risk Management Association Committee Representative.

This marks another key appointment for State Street’s financing solutions team. Earlier this year, the firm announced that Taryn Siglain was appointed as the firm’s global head of Enhanced Custody, its principal securities lending program.
